If students need advice or technical assistance:
First send an Email to your group stating the problem. (The instructor will also recieve it.)
If the group or instructor is not able to help you solve the problem -- Students can Email the whole class. (Sometimes problems are specific to individual systems, but usually problems can be solved or work arounds arranged.)

STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WORK WITH THEIR GROUP MEMBERS and other class members to troubleshoot problems.
They may Email, arrange on-line chats, phone calls or meet in person.

Always feel free to Email me if you can not get help from your group members. (mcv2@psu.edu)

GROUPS
Group members are listed in
Contacts. (by the second assignment)

The class is divided into groups with about 5 members in each group.(when possible)
Your group is your support network.
All students will be expected to provide feedback, thoughtful suggestions, and help (when able) to classmates.
Students will Email their group members after the completion of each assignment.
Students will respond to the Emails from their group members as well, providing each with feedback about their Website.

All Email for this class must contain ART 003 in the Subject.
If it does not -- it may not be read.

When assignments are completed, Emails must be sent your group and clearly labled in the Email subject as ART 003 Assignment X.

All work is due by the due date.

Late work will be accepted but points will be deducted.

Take pictures when you can, so that you will have them when you need them.

Throughout the semester you may improve your site as your skills improve and ideas come to you.
Webpages are not static but almost always leave room for improvement.
Your grades can also improve as you make improvements to your site.

Be sure to contact me (Mary Vollero, mcv2@psu.edu) if you experience difficulties, I will be happy to help.
