        As I gathered strength alone with Agryn recovering from the Septa the carc had spoken to me of its need and the need of Bynt's carc. I knew enough of Bynt to know she deserved no carc or to be let race but Agryn told me more and so I agreed to do what the carcs wished.
        And that was to modify the devil pack. They knew I could do it and they were right.
