ï Only entries on VHS NTSC or PAL will be accepted for the jurying process.
ï Works originating in film must be submitted on videotape.
ï Please include a $30 check (payable to ADF) and entry form for EACH videotape.
ï In order to have your videotape(s) returned to you after the festival, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
ï Please include black and white photographs and/or slides, if available,
for publicity purposes.

( ) Choreography for the Camera - original work made specifically for the video/film medium or a staged work remade for the camera (not a documentation of a performance)
( ) Documentary - productions which include interviews or other educational elements in addition to choreography
( ) Experimental/Digital Technologies - work that extends the boundaries of the medium and can exist only in the realm of video or film
