(sorry, wrong "subject" last time)

Hi all,

Palindrome is happy to announce the completion of "The Minotaur". This is a
piece of composed (E.Wold) melodic music (ie. not chance or improvised)
played on virtual instruments, that is, by dancers movements choreographed
to execute the score.

It took 1000+ hours (combined work time for the 5 people involved) for a 7
minute piece (for whatever that is worth). We have no idea what we have
done. Perhaps something special, perhaps nothing at all. Perhaps both.

In any case, instead of performing it (somehow an additional stress we didnt
feel we needed), we decided just to video it.

Videos are available for anyone interested. We would love to hear your
reactions. Shipping cost would be appreciated, but that shouldnt be too
much, I just need to figure it out (based on your location).

Regards,
Robert

PS. I know of a couple of places that have competitions for "computer"
music, interactive pieces, software for such, etc. (ARS Elektronica, Linz,
Austria; and Groupe de Musique Experimentale de Bourges (GMEB), Bourges,
France).

Does anyone know of any others???

ie. Where we might find a venue....

Thanks!!!
