Along these lines, I have found David Rokeby's Very Nervous System
inspiring to use for choreography, improvisation sessions and performance.
A few years ago, John Crawford and I began conducting workshops (1 - 2
weeks) where the VNS would be set up to sense a dancer's movement and
indeed, they learned to "play the space".
