Hi Johannes.

Of course interactivity can be designed - to a point. Surely the design of
interactive environments involves setting up certain kinds of situations
where there are high probabilities (or otherwise) that certain kinds of
results may happen with certain kinds of inputs. Lots of uncertainty there
- but no lack of design.

In performance situations, where the parameters are rather more
controllable than, say, in an open installation, the design approaches are
different - but are still very much in evidence.
