Fellow dance geeks:

I sent out some e-mail to a bunch (~ 300 ) people that might
be interested in dance encouraging them to subscribe to
the dance tech list.

I got one response asking how to unsubscribe.

I told him

"How to UnSubscribe to the Dance-Tech List

Send email to listproc@lists.acs.ohio-state.edu with the words

unsubscribe dance-tech Your Name

in the body of the message. (Not the subject line - the list server ignores
any information in the subect line.) "

I hope this is right?

That might be some info to add to the

http://art.net/~troika/dtzmaillist.html

page, which is nice , btw.

U also might submit that page to the search engines when u
think its ready.

at http://www.submit-it.com/

btw, adding meta tags helps search engines a lot

e.g.

<head>
<TITLE>the dnc project</TITLE>
<META NAME="Author" CONTENT="nik@websciences.org">
<META NAME="Description" CONTENT="dnc members">
<META NAME="Keywords" CONTENT="dance, networks, computing, ballet, dance
directory, tap, african dance, folk dance, modern dance, fundraising,
links">
<META NAME="DISTRIBUTION" CONTENT="GLOBAL">
