This is the cafe. It's the only one I've located, but there must be more than one. Unless the dispensers handled the rest of the demand. I'm getting together a collection of shots and maps of these for you, too, as I repair and reposition them, but you can't see them yet.
This shot was taken from the edge of the DysArc central Exchange looking into the cafe. That dark square directly ahead is a screen which displayed videos and it will again. The blue is a kind of mezzanine. You can see it better from this view.
