Manual Mutations:
Click Mutate Main Puzzle
to spawn a set of mutations from the main puzzle,
then click the Mutate buttons on the
mutations to start another round.
Click Play to make one of the mutations into
the new main puzzle and try to solve it.
then select the ones you like.
Automatic Evolution
Click Evolve to run an evolution round
to generate more mutations.
The basic idea is to generate a set of 10 or
so different mutations, calculate their
fitness functions, choose the best 4
(including the origin), and display
them. That's one generation.
Then generate another set of 10 from the
best of the previous generation, and choose
the best 4 of those. Continue for n generations,
and then
Game Over!
