	Welcome to Philip Rubinoff Artworks. As a digital video artist I produce works that consistently bring out new and different images for art enthusiasts to enjoy and collect. All my images are created from moving video, on screen. Each image is frozen, then electronically transferred to its final, static, "VIDEOGRAPHIC" form.
