Well, I looked pornography up in my little Webster's
Pocket Dictionary and it says:

n : depiction of erotic behavior ment cheifly
to cause sexual excitement

can also be used as an adj. as pornographic

I don't thing this image in question is meant to cause
secual excitement. It looks more like a political statement.
