PAUL MCCARTNEY'S "STANDING STONE" LIVE WEBCAST FROM
CARNEGIE HALL

PAUL MCCARTNEY INTERACTS WITH WEB USERS AND ENTERTAINS
RADIO LISTENERS DURING LIVE WEBCAST OF THE LARGEST SINGLE
CLASSICAL MUSIC EVENT IN HISTORY

Live Global McCartney Webcast Draws Fans To MultiMedia
Interactive Event

On Wednesday, November 19th, live from Carnegie Hall, Sir
Paul McCartney will perform the new classical work he has
been composing over the past four years. STANDING STONE is
a 75-minute symphonic poem, inspired by Celtic monoliths
which dot the British Isles, the best known of which is
Stonehenge. In one month, it has become the best-selling
classical album in history.

This event is a multifaceted presentation of radio,
television, interactive on-line interview, and Internet
audio and video broadcast across the World Wide Web.
McCartney fans are encouraged to visit the Official
Webcast site in the two weeks prior to the event for
behind-the-scenes coverage with RealAudio, RealVideo
and new RealFlash technology.

Visit the website now and step into Paul's mind. It is
fascinating to hear him tell the story of the process
he went through - how he moved his music through 300
people during the making of STANDING STONE.

The live Webcast will feature an interactive on-line
interview with Sir Paul McCartney from questions submitted
by fans on the Internet. NPR (National Public Radio) will
broadcast the live interview on over 350 radio stations.
Web users will be able to ask questions of the legendary
Beatle and watch and listen via streaming video and live
audio.

This is the second time Sir Paul McCartney has interacted
directly with his fans over the Internet. In May, during a
30-minute Web event promoting his last album,
"Flaming Pie", McCartney received over 3,000,000 questions
submitted from Web users in over 60 countries around the
world.

The website will feature streaming audio and
behind-the-scenes video for the next 14 weeks and remain on
the Web for the following year. The week following the live
broadcast, watch for a TV special of Sir Paul McCartney's
concert on A & E. Proceeds from the concert are being
donated to VH-1's "Save The Music" foundation and
McCartney's "Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts".
