The ACLU put together a white paper about concerns around
the rating and blocking proposals for the Internet. They are
concerned that such rating systems will torch free speech on
the Internet. Please see:

The doc is about 16 pages long and I am reading it this morning
while I drink my coffee. Our site is actually sited in it as
being one of the sites where such rating systems will not work.
