Still having trouble

I wish I knew why some of my images are transfered to my pages, and some
will not transfer. I scanned and load all of them exactly the same way.
Someone from your help desk responsed that my viewer is the problem.
But why can I see some photos and not others? Are you sure it is not a
problem there and not here? I would appreciate a response as this is
getting really frustrating. The images I am sending are not large at
all, to cut down on my usage storage, so I am not exceeding the space
limitations. Or am I?
