forgive me if this has been covered recently but what format do sound files need to be in? i'm on a mac.

is sdfileconverter 1.11 the program to use? i just downloaded it from an infomac mirror.

what are the best setting that sound files should have?

when ready to ftp them to my files at art.net, should they be transfered as raw?
