Hi,
Yes. Once an artist comes online and there studio is linked into the
site pages of "Art on the Net", they will then receive stats about
accesses to their studios and/or gallery rooms.
This is a good tool for the artist so they can see how folks flow through
their pages. It also gives them an idea of how they might like to change
their space so that it will help people flow through their studios better.
For instance, if viewers never see the full size images but just the
thumbnails, prehaps the artist might want to say something in their pages
that lets people know that larger images can be seen by selecting (clicking)
on the images... Then again, I have been thinking about putting this in the site
pages as most artists set up their studios this way.
When you get linked in Michael, you will start receiving these stat reports.
Please let me know if you have more questions about this. You can also
mail "help@art.net" where we have volunteer artists from our site standing
by to help other artists. If you would like to join the "help@art.net"
alias, just send mail to help-request@art.net and we will add you. :)
thanks,
-lile
