We have been working with the ACLU in getting ready for the
upcoming trial in New Mexico. I have submitted the affidavit
for art.net which should be available online via the ACLU

Rebecca Alzofon, a fellow artist and member of our site,
has volunteered to testify in this trial on behalf of herself
as an artist and as an artist member of Art on the Net (art.net).
The trial date is June 22 and 23 (next Monday and Tuesday) and
Rebecca will probably take the witness stand on Monday 22.
