Hi folks,
I was thinking about entering our site in the Prix Ars Electronica 1998
competition under the catagory of Net. This is a european based event
in Austria which seeks out creativity on the Internet that offers
alternative forms of using global networking. Their website address is:
I feel that our site would be a good nomination for this competition.
Though we have a simple format, I think the community aspect of our
site and the fact that artists are showing their own works really
makes our site special. We are also completely web based and are using
the Internet extensively, helping ourselves and other artists in
learning how to use the Internet and Web to share our art.
Please let me know if you have any comments or thoughts on this. The
deadline is April 30th (this thursday) so theres not much time left
to sign up.
