Terms and Conditions

1. NCIT exercises no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through Usenet Newsfeed. NCIT makes no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, for the service it is providing. NCIT also disclaims any warranty of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose. NCIT will not be responsible for any damage you suffer. This includes loss of data resulting from delays. non-deliveries, misdeliveries, or service interruptions caused by its own negligence or your errors of omissions. Use of any information obtained via Usenet Newsfeed is at your own risk. NCIT specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

2. NCIT services and hardware may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any U.S. or state regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCIT Inc. from any claims resulting from your use of the service which damages you or another party.

3. Feeds to other terrestrial wireline networks are permitted and encouraged. Feeds to other wireless or satellite networks are not permitted without the written approval of NCIT Inc. The content of the Newsfeed may be used for any non-commercial purpose. Any feeds that you may supply to any other person, organization, etc., must comply with this agreement. Any data or use of the NCIT satellite feed judged to be harmful to NCIT or others connected to the NCIT network may be terminated at any time without notice.

4. Service is provided for a nominal charge of $40.00 per month. This service must be prepaid for each 12-month period. Optional services may be offered in the future at additional charges.

5. These "Terms and Conditions" supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with terms and conditions of any order submitted.

6. All sales are final.
