Sleigh riding! Who can forget it? Mr. Tar finds dear romance in the very special things that are part of life. This piece is another one of his most popular. His masterful simplicity captures the colors and contrast of the moment. The setting is New York's Central Park and as with all of his works this wonderful piece was completed on location.

Completed in 1965, the original piece is a combination of watercolor and gouache paints set on fine French Arches paper. The signed and numbered limited edition print is produced on Strathmore 100% acid-free rag archival paper, 90 lb., in an edition size of 180 and an image size of 20 x 26".
