My art is most successful when I appreciate what is in front of me at any given moment. Ironically, it is by observation and appreciation of the physical world around me, that I sometimes get glimpses of a world that is more spiritual than physical. These are the moments I try to capture in my art. By making art about these moments I can validate them, keep them alive longer, and share them with others.

It is a connection to other people, and to God, that I seek in my art.
