Ever had faith that one day, your career would flourish, especially after all that work, talent and life-long, single-minded dedication? That's Hope. Ever had your hopes dashed? Wish you could retaliate against the intoxication that led you to despair? Think it's possible to drive Hope away? No. Hope is an immobile sentiment.

Hope -- you are both a faithful supporter and a cruel hoaxer.
