The image was created by using graphic manipulation on a pair of those joke teeth and adding gecko eyes to the apple. The skeleton in the background is a bat and the razor blade is from childhood warnings about goodies to avoid on Halloween. It was printed on photo-glossy paper and made into a set of 30 cards.
