3rd Week of January 2002

This image started out as a small ATC (artist trading card). I used enamel paint on red paper and made a little cave art man. I accidentally dripped some gold leaf on the card and when I wiped it off, the gold was smeared across the image to the left. So I just painted in a bird to cover it up and it fit in nicely with the man's three limbs. Of course I scanned it in and tweaked it a bit on the computer (using PhotoShop) but the basic lines are the same. Only the color was "changed to protect the innocent."
